Brief Auto-Biography

Hi, my name is Derek A. Smith . I’m the founder of Dr. Wholesaler, Master of of the Real Estate Game. I’m currently living in Bowie and working amoing other things, wholesaling real estate.  I am a master of the real estate wholesaling game and I am a true student of the game because I have an insatiable hunger for knowledge.

In addition to my rigorous study of real estate investing, I seek out events, articles, blogs, mentors, and students who can further my knowledge of the game. I spend countless hours scanning real estate blogs, leaving comments, and becoming involved in the community.

I hope to use this blog to inspire and help others who share the same passions for real estate investment in every form and life goals.

What is Dr. Wholesaler, Mastering the Real Estate Wholesaling Game?

I am passionate about real estate, especially wholesaling for now and so I started this blog.

As Dr. Wholesaler, my goal is to provide the tools a student of the game needs to be successful in real estate wholesaling. I attack the real estatewholesaling game from many angles including:
