There are three different methods to find deals fast. Direct mail, internet marketing and bandit signs are incredible ways to get your name out there and start generating leads.

Using direct mail generates a great response. Well where do you find people to mail the postcard or letter to? You need to use a list. A couple of great list services are us leads and listsource.com. Now you want to target those lists. Look for people who just inherited a house. They don't have the emotional ties and usually just want to get rid of the property. Also focus on probate lists, pre foreclosures and absentee owners lists. These will give you ample leads to start your wholesaling business. Now you have your list send them a letter requesting to purchase their property and tell them how they can reach you and you will receive calls. It's that easy.

Internet marketing is an incredible way to generate leads instantly. By setting up a pay-per-click campaign with Google, yahoo, or Bing you can have leads in just a few hours. Start by searching keywords like "we buy houses" or "buy my house fast" Then you write a quick ad and have them land on your webpage where they can fill out a form with their name number and some facts about the property. After you receive their information you can call them and set up the appointment to go and see the property. Other free sources to use for generating leads from the internet are Facebook fan pages, Twitter, Craigslist, backpage, and eBay classifieds. Develop a marketing plan and place small little ads every day and you will see a huge return.

Bandit signs you might think they are a waste of time, but they can generate some of the best leads quickly. These are really easy to set up. Just go get regular white corrugated signs and write with a black marker "we buy houses with cash fast" and leave your number where they can reach you. Now you’re saying hey won't those get you a fine? Well check with your city to see if or where you can put them up. We put them up on the weekends and take them down before the end of the weekend. Make sure you put about 100 out at a time in high traffic areas where cars come to a stop so they can read the number and trust me you will receive calls.
